What You'll Do

As our AI Learning Design Innovator, you’ll leverage your visionary thinking, love of learning, and AI expertise to craft groundbreaking learning experiences. You'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI learning design that drives organizational transformation and deepens client impact. You will research, rapidly prototype proofs of concepts, document, and disseminate cutting-edge, AI-powered learning solutions and processes to support organizational transformation.

The successful candidate will work remotely as a full-time employee.

You will:

• Create AI Design Solutions and Processes:
  • Rapid prototype proof-of-concepts on AI-powered design ideas showcasing their transformative power for learning and ROI through practical demonstrations.
  • Translate AI insights into practical solutions with comprehensive training documentation for high-quality tutoring conversations.
  • Craft engaging prompt engineering tutorials and learning design support systems that empower teams to implement AI strategies for immediate impact.
  • Leverage your technical prowess for rapid prototyping and understanding AI complexities while translating them into learner-centric and stakeholder-resonant solutions.
• Shape the Future of Learning with AI:
  • Research and develop cutting-edge AI-powered methods and processes that pinpoint key challenges, optimize workflows, and unlock potential across the learning design lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams, sharing your AI expertise and ensuring seamless integration with learning goals.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field, such as instructional design, educational technology, or computer science.
• Learning Expert: At least 3+ years designing and developing learning experiences. Current knowledge of pedagogical principles and instructional design processes. Experience designing and developing within various educational technologies and LMS systems.
• Tech-savvy Humanist: Understand AI intricacies and tools, translating them into practical solutions that resonate with learners and stakeholders.
• Agile & ROI-focused: Thrive in fast-paced environments, creatively solving problems with limited resources for maximum impact.
• Skunkworks Visionary: Experimentation is your second nature, balancing current needs with future innovation.
• Prompt Engineering Master: Possess knowledge of prompt engineering, especially in instructional design.
• LLM Advocate: Understand LLMs, their strengths, limitations, and potential applications in learning design.
• Ethical Compass: Have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of using LLMs, including bias, fairness, and transparency.
• AI Integrator: Know how LLMs and LLM-powered tools can be applied in instructional design.
• Critical Evaluator: Select the right AI-powered technologies and LLMs for specific learning tasks.
• Results-Driven Collaborator: Possess strong interpersonal skills and a track record of achieving positive results through collaboration.
